Asia Tech x Singapore has recently concluded successfully at Singapore EXPO. Foshan OLITU Technology Co., Ltd. showcased two core self-developed devices, the Intelligent Liquid-Cooled Load Bank and Intelligent Liquid Preheating Load Bank. Targeting the AI liquid-cooled data centre markets in Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia at large, our team held in-depth technical exchanges with data centre owners, EPC contractors, system integrators, CDU solution providers and other industry partners.

With the accelerated rollout of high-density AI computing projects across Southeast Asia, the demand for factory validation, pipeline commissioning and constant-condition thermal testing of liquid cooling systems keeps rising. The two exhibited products precisely address the pain points in the acceptance and commissioning of liquid cooling infrastructure:

Intelligent Liquid-Cooled Load Bank: Centered on liquid cooling load units, it can be combined with air-cooled units to form an air-liquid hybrid load system. It realistically replicates server load fluctuations and is used for on-site verification in computer rooms, delivering reliable testing methods for commissioning and acceptance of AIDC projects.

Intelligent Liquid Preheating Load Bank: It is a new-generation self-developed intelligent pipeline liquid heating cabinet tailored for application scenarios of liquid cooling systems. Its primary function is to heat the secondary-side working fluid and raise its temperature to prevent condensation, while enhancing testing capacity. This heating cabinet can also serve as a thermal load to verify the reliability of liquid cooling systems.

During the exhibition, the OLITU team received numerous visitors from Southeast Asia. We had thorough discussions covering liquid cooling system testing solutions, custom project requirements and joint promotion models for regional partners. Many customers spoke highly of the intelligent monitoring and stable temperature control performance of the two load devices, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent liquid cooling test projects in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and other regions.

OLITU will continue to focus on the liquid cooling testing and validation segment, refine load test equipment optimized for data centre scenarios. Leveraging mature technology and localised cooperation models, we will work alongside industry partners across Southeast Asia to facilitate the development of green, high-efficiency liquid-cooled computing infrastructure.
