The liquid cooling heat exchange unit (CDU) consists of cabinets, water pumps, plate heat exchangers, valves, expansion tanks, pipelines and other assemblies. Components are made of corrosion resistant materials such as 304/316 stainless steel and titanium alloy, with passivation and purification treatments. Water pumps circulate coolant absorbing heat from heat sources to plate heat exchangers. Cooled fluid flows back to heat sources for continuous heat dissipation in circulating loops.
1.Dual power supply mode: Continuous operation is maintained upon failure of one power supply path.
2.Dual pump design: Automatic switchover to standby pump occurs when one pump malfunctions to guarantee operational reliability.
3.Anti condensation function: Built in temperature humidity sensors monitor ambient and inlet liquid temperatures to prevent pipeline condensation.
4.Variable frequency pump: Pump operating conditions are automatically adjusted according to load levels.
5.Operational monitoring: Touch screen displays CDU operating status; integration with micro module environment monitoring systems is supported.
